The report below details the process my group and I took to create Shoplift, a portable shopping cart company. The premise of the product is to allow customers to easily transport groceries from the store to their home. Important components of our design process and business plan included customer interviews, marker and IP research, Pugh matrices, CAD models, FEA analysis, and a business model canvas.
